摘要
目的了解老年高血压患者疾病防治知识和健康行为,探讨两者之间的相关性。方法以便利抽样的方法,采用高血压防治知识问卷和健康行为量表,调查206例老年高血压患者。结果本组患者疾病防治知识得分为(56.39±6.71)分;健康行为得分为(72.25±16.66)分。疾病防治知识和健康行为呈正相关(r=0.275,P<0.05)。结论疾病防治知识影响着健康行为。因此,在制定护理措施时,应该重视高血压防治知识的宣教,从而促进患者的健康行为。
Objective To understand the status of disease prevention knowledge and health behavior of elderly hypertension patients,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods Through convenient sampling,the survey was conducted among 206 elderly hypertension patients with hypertension prevention knowledge scale and the Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile.Results The score of disease prevention knowledge was（56.39±6.71） and the score of health behavior was（72.25±16.66）.There was a positive correlation between disease prevention knowledge and health behavior（r=0.275,P0.05）.Conclusion It is suggested that designing and implementing nursing interventions for elderly hypertension patients to enhance their disease prevention knowledge and promote health behavior.
