上消化道出血假日效应的临床特征分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的比较因上消化道出血在节假日与工作日住院患者的临床特征和疗效差别。方法对2003～2010年收治的648例上消化道出血住院患者,按节假日与工作日入院分类,比较分析其基本情况、诊治经过及入院到胃镜检查时间、临床转归情况(治愈、手术、死亡)。结果节假日入院患者中,82.7%(148/179)以急诊入院,病因主要为食管胃底静脉曲张破裂;工作日入院患者中,71.2%(334/469)以平诊入院,病因主要为消化性溃疡。节假日入院患者病死率为21.79%,而工作日入院病死率为13.65%,两者比较有统计学差异。节假日和工作日入院死亡原因居于首位的均是食管胃底静脉曲张破裂。结论节假日因上消化道出血入院的患者较工作日入院的患者有更高的病死率。
