摘要
目的研究海藻酸钠对氯霉素在滴眼液中释放的影响。方法配制影响因素不同的氯霉素溶液,采用side-bi-side扩散池,测定药物渗透速率。结果氯霉素释放速率随溶液黏度增加而降低,随氯霉素浓度增加而提高。结论氯霉素在滴眼液中的释放速率与溶液黏度和药物浓度有关,适当增加海藻酸钠含量可延缓其释放速率。
Objective To study the influence of sodium alginate on chloramphenicol release in eye drops. Methods The penetration rates of chloramphenicol were determined with side-N-side diffusion cell in solutions with different influence factors. Results The release rate of chloramphenicol was decreased with the viscosity increase of solutions, and increased with the increase of chloramphenicol' s concentration. Conclusion The release rate of chloramphenicol in eye drops is in association with the viscosity of solutions as well as its concentration, which can be decreased by increasing the concentration of sodium alginate to some extent.
