摘要
高技能人才是装备制造企业实现转型升级的重要保障,但目前存在技能人才严重欠缺、年龄结构不合理、技能人才学历较低及缺乏有效培训等一系列问题,推动高技能人才群体发展,是当前人才资源开发战略的重要任务。本文就政府、企业、高职院校、行业协会和社会培训机构如何共同构建多渠道且互相作用、互相支持、互相补充的多方位培养体系提出了建设性的对策。
Highly skilled talents are vital for the upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprises,but there exist a series of problems such as serious lack of skilled personnel,irrational age structure,lower academic degree and want of effective training etc..For the current strategy of human resources management it is a principal task to promote the development of highly skilled talents.The present paper puts forward ways to construct a multi-dimensional training system in which the government,enterprises,higher vocational colleges,industrial associations and social training bodies cooperate,support and complement each other.
