摘要
系统描述了杨凌职业技术学院生物工程系在构建食品加工类专业较为完整实验实训教学体系的实践过程,主要包括设计符合培养应用型人才要求的实践型人才培养方案、建设与企业岗位对接的理论实训一体化课程、培养能够实施实验实训课程教学的"双师型"师资队伍、完善面向就业岗位对学生进行综合实训的实验实训基地及其运行规程等内容。
This paper describes the whole practice process of department of biological engineering Yangling Vocational and Technical College in the cons truction of food processing specialty experimental teaching system, mainly includes the design meets the requirements of training applied talents of practical talents training program, construction and enterprise post docking theory training integrated curriculum, training can be implemented in experimental teaching of "double division type" teachers, imnrove the emnlovment of the students comprehensive traininz experiment base and its operation orocedures and contents.
