摘要
提出采暖耗热量分户计量住宅的房价应该考虑采暖费差异的影响 ,耗热量高的住宅的房价应该低些 ,弥补采暖费的多支出 ,耗热量低的住宅的房价应该高些 ,平衡采暖费的少支出 ,并且给出了计算方法和计算公式 。
It is suggested that the price of a residence in which the heating consumption is measured separately should consider the difference of the heating charge The price of the residence should be lower to make up the higher expenses of heating if its heating consumption is high, and be higher to balance the lower expenses of heating if its heating consumption is low Calculating methods and formulas for calculating the extra heating charge of the residence price are presented
