摘要
城乡居民基本医疗保险一体化运行是我国医疗保障制度改革的必然趋势,是实现全民医保的现实的路径选择,学术界对此问题进行了大量的研究和探讨。这些研究主要集中在4个方面:城乡居民基本医疗保险一体化运行的必要性和可行性,面临的障碍,实际经验介绍,具体的对策建议等。
The integrated operation of basic medical insurance for rural and urban residents is an inevitable trend for the reform of medical insurance system and a realistic path for universal coverage of medical insurance in China.The academic circles have carried out a lot of studies on this issue by focusing on four aspects,including the necessity and feasibility of integrated operation of basic medical insurance for rural and urban residents,its obstacles,introduction of practical experience,as well as specific countermeasures and suggestions.
