摘要
根据建立的2002—2008年间我国29个省的面板数据,运用固定效应和随机效应下的回归分析和广义矩估计方法分析了知识溢出效应对于区域经济增长的影响,其中知识溢出效应考虑到了国际知识溢出效应和区域间知识溢出效应两方面,并且重点考虑了吸收能力对于溢出效应程度的影响,发现国际知识溢出和区域知识溢出都受到区域吸收能力的影响,其中吸收能力对于国际知识溢出效应的影响力更为显著。同时,区域间的知识溢出在各省发展中发挥的重要作用不容忽视。最后根据研究结果给出了合理建议。
Based on the panel data of 29 provinces in China from 2002 to 2008,this article uses the regression analysis under fixed effect and random effect and the GMM to analyze the impacts of knowledge spillover effect on regional economic growth.Both international and regional knowledge spillover effects are taken into consideration.It puts priority on the impacts of absorption capacity on the degree of spillover effect.It is found that both international and regional knowledge spillovers are influenced by regional absorption capacity.Of which,the absorption capacity has greater impacts on international knowledge spillover effect.Meanwhile,the importance of regional knowledge spillovers among different provinces can＇t be ignored.Finally,reasonable suggestions are proposed based on the research results.
