摘要
近年来,在华韩资企业撤资现象不断增多,影响韩资企业撤资的关键要素为企业特性、产业特性和国家特性,通过信度检验和探索性因子分析,建立对应结构方程模型。研究发现企业特性、产业特性和国家特性对韩资企业撤资影响的比重相当。对此,韩资企业应该加强自身的经营能力,促进产业结构升级,而中国需要完善法律体系和引资政策。
In recent years,South Korean enterprises keep increasing disinvestment from China.The key elements influencing the disinvestment of South Korean enterprises are enterprise characteristic,industry characteristic and national characteristic.By means of reliability test and exploratory factor analysis,a corresponding structural equation model is built in this paper.The study finds that enterprise characteristic,industry characteristic and national characteristic have an equal influence on the disinvestment by South Korean enterprises.Therefore,South Korean enterprises should strengthen their management capability and promote the upgrading of industrial structure,while China also needs to improve its legal system and policies of attracting foreign investment.
