摘要
广西从2009年实施集体林权制度改革开始大力推进林下经济的发展,经过近两年的发展,取得了不俗的成绩,且越来越被农民认可。但是林下经济在继续推进过程中,也受到诸多问题的制约。项目选择、资金来源、市场开拓、风险防范和基础设施建设等问题尤其值得注意。
Guangxi started to vigorously promote the development of under-forest economy along with the collective forest tenure reform in 2009.After two years＇ development,the under-forest economy has achieved good results and is increasingly recognized by the farmers.However,it also faces many constraints during its further development.Special attention should be paid to the following issues such as project selection,source of funding,market development,risk prevention and infrastructure construction.
