摘要
通过容许流量期望值的评估 ,预测了未来震后交通系统通行能力 ,从未来震后交通系统流量分析入手 ,利用最大流最小割定理 ,寻找震后瓶颈路段 ,通过对反映各单元改善对系统交通能力的影响的各种重要度的讨论 ,确定优先加固或扩建单元。以未来震后交通通行能力最大为优化目标 ,建立加固或扩建的优化模型 ,通过对各种初选方案进行组合优化 。
The future transportation ability of transportation system after earthquake is got through assessing permitted flux expectation valueThrough post-earthquake transportation flux analysis, using the maximum flux-minimum cut theorem, the transportation bottle-neck after earthquake is found The optimum strengthened or extended components are decided through discussing the component important degree which reflecting the influence degree of the component improving on the system transportation ability Taking maximum future transportation ability as optimum objective, the optimum model of strengthening or extending transportation system is got Through selecting various reasonable plan, the optimum strengthening or extending degree of components is got
