摘要
目的:分析我院2001-2010年期间临床成分输血变化。方法:根据每月的统计临床用血量进行分析。结果:10年间我院全血在临床上的使用率逐年下降,各种成分血的使用率逐年提高。结论:成分输血在我院全面推广,输血反应逐年减少。
Objective： To analyze the change of clinical blood component transfusion in our hospital from 2001 to 2010. Methods： Each month＇s statistics with the volume of blood were analyzed. Results： The utilization rate of whole blood was a descent year by year in clinical of our hospital during 10 years, the utilization rate of each blood component was increase year by year. Conclusion： The blood component transfusion promotes comprehensively in our hospital in which the blood transfusion reaction reduces year by year.
