Clinical experiences of Foley's urine tube in promoting cervical ripening of full term pregnant and in inducing labor

摘要 目的:探讨Foley's尿管促宫颈成熟的有效性和安全性。方法:采用前瞻性,病例对照的方法,随机将180例需要引产的病例分为两组,研究组90例,给予宫颈管内放置Foley's尿管后注入80ml生理盐水,对照组90例给予催产素滴入。结果:比较两组使用前后的宫颈Bishop评分、产程、自然分娩率、剖宫产率等,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:Foley's尿管用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产安全、有效、简单、价格低廉,值得临床推广、应用。 Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Foley 's urinary canal in improving cervical ripening.Methods: AS a prospective case-control study, 180 cases of induced labor patients were randomly divided into study group(90 cases) and control group(90 cases). Patients were injected 80ml 0.9% sodium chloride into tube after placing Foley 's urine on cervix tube in study group, and patients were given oxytocin drip in control group. Results: There were no significant differences(P0.05) in compare with the score of Bishop, naturalchildbirth,cesarean section rate in two groups. Conclusion: Application of Foley's urine tube in full term pregnant patients can promote cervical ripening, and be safe and efficient, simple, convenient in induced labor patients, which be worthy of clinical application.
