摘要
高层建筑像一柄双韧剑,利弊共存,既有节约土地不可代替的价值,又有破坏人居环境的潜在威胁。在高层建筑设计中,建筑师应高瞻远瞩,牢固树立可持续发展意识。文章从节约土地、开拓再生绿化空间;建设立体交通网络,建筑交通一体化;节约能源与气候意识的回归;尊重社会人文环境,发扬特色建筑文化等几个观点。
High rise buildings appear like a double bladed sward: it is valuable in saving land, but potentially dangerous in damaging human being's residential environment. Architects should act considerably in designing high rise buildings and persist on the idea of sustainable development. This article explicates the understanding and strategy of sustainable development of high rise buildings from the following points: saving land and developing renewable green space; establishing spacing transportation network and integrating buildings and transportation; saving energy and returning the nature; respecting social cultural environment and encouraging architectural culture with characteristics, etc..
