摘要
在实地调研的基础上,结合笔者和数十位长期工作在消防一线的专家经验,在科学性、系统性、综合性、独立性和实用性的原则下,建立了消防站战斗力二级评估指标体系,拟定了相应的评分标准。以合肥市为例进行评估,得出结论认为,蜀山区战斗力为I级,庐阳区、肥东县战斗力为II级,并针对存在的问题提出改进措施。
Based on investigation and combined with the experience of author and dozens of long-term work experts in the fire forefront, two level evaluation index system of urban fire station combat effectiveness was established on the scientific, systematic, comprehensive, independent and practical principle, corresponding standard was also formulated, Taking Hefei as an example, the assessment results showed that the combat effectiveness of Sbushan District is I class, and that of Luyang District and Feidong County is II class. Measures were put forward against the problems.
