摘要
目的:探讨原发性血小板增多症(ET)患者的影像学表现,以提高临床医师对ET的认识。方法:回顾性分析9例确诊为ET患者的影像学资料,并结合文献复习,讨论ET的病因和病理特征。结果:9例ET患者中,表现为乙状窦血栓形成及脑梗死各1例;2例表现为门静脉海绵样变;1例表现为腰椎骨髓信号异常及膀胱形态改变;2例表现为纵隔淋巴结肿大;2例表现为单纯脾肿大。结论:ET患者的影像表现复杂多样,当影像学检查发现血栓形成、出血、淋巴结或脾肿大等征象时,提示患者有发生ET的可能。
Objective To analyze the imaging findings of patients with essential thrombocythemia（ET） for improving the understanding of ET and to avoid misdiagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of the imaging findings of 9 patients with ET was performed and literature was reviewed for studying the etiology and pathological features of ET.Results Of the 9 patients,sigmoid sinus thrombosis and cerebral infarction each occurred separately in 1 case;2 cases had portal vein cavernous transformation;1 case had bone marrow signal abnormalities and morphological changes of bladder;mediastinal lymph nodes enlargement was seen in 2 cases;and 2 cases had simple splenomegaly.Conclusions Imaging findings in ET patients are complex and diverse.When imaging studies reveals thrombosis,bleeding,enlargement of lymph node and splenomegaly,ET should be suspected.
