摘要
针对水文气象预报对水库运行调度的重要性,介绍了预报技术的现状,初步分析了气象预报误差、水文预报误差产生的客观原因,以及预报误差的非技术原因。提出了相应的建议和对策,以便正确认识、理性对待预报工作并合理应用预报成果。
Hydro-meteorological forecast is important for reservoir operating and dispatching. According to it, the present situation of hydro-meteorological forecast is introduced. Objective sources producing error of weather forecast and hydrologic forecast are analyzed. The non-technical reasons of forecast error are also presented. And some suggestions and policies are developed, so it is in favor of users to correctly understand and reasonably treat and apply the forecast results.
