摘要
各国的突发公共事件频繁,高效的医学救援可降低突发公共事件对人类健康危害。本文通过文献回顾和专家咨询,分析突发公共事件的特点及对医院的要求,剖析医院目前在应急管理中存在的问题,结合"5.12"汶川救灾等应急医学救援实践,探讨突发公共事件医院应急救援机制。
Public emergency are frequent all over the world, and an efficient medical aid may minimize the public emergency hazards to human health. In this study, the author discussed the quality of public emergency and its requirements for a hospital by consulting the literatures and experts, meanwhile analyzed the problems emerged in emergency management, and further established a hospital emergency rescue system for public emergencies with the consideration of successful experiences in many disaster rescue such as ＂5.12＂ Wenchuan earthquake.
