摘要
目的调查了解基层军医对祖国医学的认知情况,为培养基层部队中医药骨干、推广中医药适宜技术提供理论依据。方法抽调沿海某战区所属各级师(旅)团单位的卫生所(队)的业务骨干共100名,现场问卷调查,用Microsoft Ex-cel 2003软件汇总分析。结果基层军医中有全日制中医药教育背景的占13.13%,76.76%的军医已经在用中医传统方法治疗官兵的常见病,98.98%的军医希望能得到系统的中医药理论和实用技术的继续教育。结论中医药在卫勤保障中的作用得到基层卫生工作者的普遍认同,但中医药的特色和优势在基层部队尚没有得到充分发挥,建立军事中医学课程体系、整理优化中医药实用技术、建立稳定的中医药实用型人才交流的机制等工作将推动我军基层部队卫勤保障能力的提升。
Objective To investigate the acknowledge of military doctors who are from grass - root units on Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） , and provide theoretical foundation for training TCM backbone and spreading the TCM technology in military. Methods A total of 100 military doctors, who were chosen from the medical departments of a certain Military Region which is in coastal areas, were investigated with questionnaire in actual location. The results were analyzed by Microsoft Excel 2003 after. Results From the investigation, there were 13.23% military doctors with the background of full-time TCM education before, and 76.76% military doctors had already used the TCM treatment, and 98.98% military doctors hoped that they could continue TCM theoretical and technique education. Conclusion The effect of TCM in healthy and service safeguards was universal approved by the military healthy workers, but the characteristic and advantages of TCM hasnt full been expressed in grass - root units in military. To establishing the system of military TCM courses, arrange the pragmatic TCM technology and set up a stable mechanism for communicating the TCM talented people, will promote the ability of healthy and service safeguards in our military.
