摘要
目的评价乳腺罕少见疾病影像学表现。方法对经术后病理或治疗证实的乳腺罕少见疾病9例的钼靶X线摄影表现进行回顾性分析。结果 9例乳腺罕少见疾病中,分叶状肿瘤2例,化生性骨肉瘤、表皮样囊肿、海绵状血管瘤、乳腺皮肤过敏症、神经纤维瘤、少年两侧巨大生长活跃纤维腺瘤、副乳巨大纤维腺瘤各1例。结论乳腺罕少见疾病中有些病变的影像表现具有特征性,而有些病变并没有特征性;乳腺病变既可以为单纯乳腺病变,也可以是全身疾病或遗传相关疾病的局部表现,在临床中应密切结合病史,全面考虑,以减少乳腺罕少见疾病的误诊及漏诊。
Objective To analyze the radiological features of rare diseases of breast. Methods The radiological features of 9 cases of rare breast disease, comfirmed by pathology or treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among all the cases,2 cases were phyllodes tumor of the breast, 1 case was metaplasic osteosarcoma, 1 case was epidermoid cyst, 1 case was cavernous hemangioma, 1 case was allergy of breast skin, 1 case was neurofibroma, 1 case was bilateral giant active growing fibroadenoma of young girl, 1 case was giant fibroma in mamma accessoria. Conclusion Some rare breast diseases have specific radiological features, while others have not. It can be simple breast lesion or local display of systemic diseases and genetic diseases. Doctors should combine medical history and take various factors into consideration to decrease the diseases. the radiological finding with misdiagnosis of rare breast diseases.
