摘要
目的探讨辅助化疗对非小细胞肺癌外科手术治疗的应用价值。方法选择2002年7月—2005年7月非小细胞肺癌患者273例,随机分为2组,试验组手术治疗前给予吉西他滨+顺铂化疗方案治疗3个周期,停药3～4周后施行手术。对照组采用单纯手术治疗。结果试验组术后3、5年生存率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前辅助化疗安全有效,能提高非小细胞肺癌患者手术后生存率。
Objective To investigate the application of adjuvant chemotherapy for non - small cell lung cancer surgical treatment. Methods Two hundred and seventy - three patients with non - small cell lung cancer between July 2002 to July 2005 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. Treatment group received 3 cycles of chemotherapy before the operation for followed by the surgery after 3 to 4 weeks. Control group underwent the operation without chemotherapy. Results The survival rates of 3 or 5 - year in the treatment group were higher than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Preoperative chemotherapy is safe and effective and it can improve the survival rate of patients with non - small cell lung cancer after surgery.
