摘要
采用文献资料法和逻辑推理学,归纳和分析以往核心力量的相关研究,提出核心力量是以稳定人体核心部位,保持和控制正确的身体姿态,不仅传递,而且主动发力,向四肢及其他肌群进行能量输出的能力,是一种综合的能力。最后对核心力量训练作用提出了新见解。
By methods of literature review and logical analysis, the paper has studied the previous related research, and it proposes a new definition of core strength. The author maintains that the core strength is a kind of comprehensive ability. It can stable the core body, maintain and control the correct posture of the body, not only transfer, but also output energy to the limbs and other muscle group initiatively. Finally, this paper oroooses new ooinions of the effect of core strength training.
