摘要
目的:探讨规范化功能锻炼在儿童肱骨髁上骨折中的应用效果。方法:将50例患儿按入院顺序,分为2组,每组25例。对照组按传统的护理方法,试验组按正骨规范中儿童肱骨髁上骨折功能锻炼规范进行系统功能康复指导。结果:在治疗前后,患儿肘关节功能评分实验组均数相比差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),对照组均数间相比差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),两组均数分差间相比差异有统计学意义(t=2.995,P=0.004)。结论:规范的功能锻炼能避免或减轻软组织粘连,利于骨折愈合和关节功能恢复。
Objective：To explore the effect of normalized functional training on children humeral supracondylar fracture. Methods：50 patients were divided into 2 groups equally,25 cases in the treatment group were guided to carry out the systemic functional training according to the norm of functional training for children , which was published in Norm of Orthopedic-traumatologieal, while the orthers in the control group were treated by the traditional nursing way. Results：The level of elbow joint were observed before and after treatment, there is statistical difference between the scores of before and after treatment in treatment group （ P = 0.000 〈 0.05 ） , as same as between the scores of before and after treatment in the control group （ P = 0. 000 〈 0.05 ）, and the D-values of the two groups. Conclusion： The application of normative functional training was beneficial for avoidance or alleviation of soft tissue adhesion and fracture healing and recover of joint function.
