摘要
设计的多级破碎分离机是集破碎和分离于一体的新型机器,现主要介绍了该新型机器的结构和功能。并通过把Pro/E建立的三维实体模型导入到ANSYS中,对其固有特性进行分析,应用所得到的数据对模型进行细微改造,使其结构更加合理,功能更加完善。通过Simulink计算振动方程,研究了3个筛板的振动情况。并通过理论计算和虚拟仿真技术研制了模型样机,对模型样机进行试验分析,结果表明该多级破碎分离机达到了预期设计目标。
The designed multistage broken and separator machine is a new integrity machine including broken splitter crusher and separator,the structure and function of this new machine were described,its inherent characteristics were analyzed through guiding Pro/E 3D model into the ANSYS software,the analysis data was applied to modify its subtle structure for making the structure more reasonable and achieving better function. The vibration equation through the Simulink was calculated and the vibration situation of three sieve plates was studied, the prototype model through theoretical calculation and simulation technology was manufactured, analyzing model prototype through experimental analysis. The results showed that the design of multistage broken and separator machine reached the expected goal.
