摘要
为配合三轴伺服注塑机机械手的操作控制,将嵌入式技术应用到机械手上位机控制器的设计中。根据注塑机机械手人机交互的要求,上位机控制器采用了AT91RM9200为硬件核心,以嵌入式Linux为操作系统,详细配置了LCD显示和触摸屏输入、键盘输入、以太网通信以及串口通信模块。试验结果表明,该控制器运行安全可靠,可以给其他同类型的工业控制器在设计方面提供一些参考。
In order to coordinate with the control of three-axis servo injection molding manipulator,the embedded technology was applied to the design of the supervisory controller. After the analysis of the actual man-machine interaction need of the manipulator controller,the AT91RM9200 was used as the hardware core and the embedded Linux was used as the operation system. It was composed of LCD display and touch screen input module,keyboard input module,serial communication module,Ethernet communication module and etc.. After tests,the results show that this supervisory controller is safe,reliable,and it could provide good reference in designing for other similar industrial controllers.
