与油画、中国画相比,版画与机械、印刷有关,与工业复制有关,与现代影像有关,可以说,版画是所有画种中,与现代工业发展和科技进步关系最为密切的一个画种,而近现代摄影与版画,在观念与技术上,更是互相影响和互相推动。
Compared with oil painting or traditional Chinese painting,prints are often associated with the mechanics,printing,industrial reproduction and modern video.Prints among all artistic genres is the closest to modern industrial development and technological advancements.Furthermore, modern photography and prints are even more mutually influential and propelling in both concepts and techniques.
