摘要
目的研究采用垫板加强措施后T型圆钢管相贯节点抗弯承载能力的提高效果,以及不同的垫板参数对节点加强效果的影响,为该类节点的应用提供理论基础.方法利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对承受弯矩作用的垫板加强T型圆钢管相贯节点进行弹塑性分析,研究垫板几何参数对垫板加强T型圆钢管相贯节点的弯矩-转角曲线的影响.结果λ在0.1~4.0变化时,对节点抗弯承载力的影响较大;Δ大于0.5倍的支管直径时,垫板长度的变化对节点极限抗弯承载力的影响可以忽略不计.垫板宽度对节点抗弯承载力略有影响,综合考虑取α=90°为宜.结论在普通相贯节点上设置垫板可以改善节点处的应力集中现象,提高节点的抗弯承载力.
This paper focus on the strengthen effect of doubler plate reinforced tubular T-joints (DP-T-joints) under bending moment, and a parametric study is then conducted to understand the influence of the geometric parameters on the DP-T-joints. An elastic-plastic analysis has been done with finite-element analysis pro- gram ABAQUS. The effect of the geometric parameter on the relationship of the bending moment and local rotation of DP-T-joints is studied. The results shown that increasing k (doubler plate thickness to chord thickness ratio) will increase the ultimate bending strength of the joint, the length parameter and the width parameter of the doubler plate does not have significant effect on the bending strength of the joint. For the width parameter ,or = 90° is the best result. The results also show that the plate reinforcement can improve the stress concentration property and increase the bending strength greatly.
