摘要
光学反射镜是光学系统的基础元器件 ,应用十分广泛。轻体光学反射镜是适应高新技术 ,特别是航天技术与国防军工的发展需要而提出的新器件。炭纤维增强树脂基复合材料 ,密度小 ,比强、比模高 ,热稳定性好 ,环境适应性强 ,是制作轻体反射镜镜体的理想材料。文中叙述了炭纤维增强树脂基复合材料的特点 ,制作轻体反射镜镜体时材料的选择与处理 ,镜体的结构设计 ,制备工艺以及主要试验结果。
As a primary part in optical system, reflection mirror has a wide application. As the ideal blank materials for light mirror, carbon fiber (CF) reinforced plastic (CFRP) has the low density, high specific strength and modulus, low thermal coefficient and good environmental adaptability. In this paper, the manufacture process and properties of CFRP have been introduced. After selecting and pre treating the blank materials, the mirror has been made and the structure design, preparation condition and main result have been discussed.
