摘要
以 4 ,4′-二 (β-萘氧基 )二苯砜 (BNODPS) ,2 ,5-二氯对苯二甲酰氯 (DCTPC)和二苯醚 (DPE)为单体 ,通过亲电缩聚反应 ,合成了一系列主链含萘环的新型聚芳醚酮砜。经 IR、DSC和 WAXD等方法对共聚物的研究表明 ,随着BNODPS结构单元含量的增加 ,共聚物的玻璃化温度 (2 1 1~ 2 2 4℃ )和溶解性逐渐提高 ,而其熔融温度、结晶度和热分解温度均逐渐下降 ,但仍具有较高的耐热性。
A series of novel polyetherketonesulfones containing naphthalene units were prepared by electrophilic copolymerization of 4,4′ bis( β naphthoxy) diphenylsulfone(BNODPS) 2,5 dichloroterephaloyl chloride(DCTPC) diphenyl ether(DPE) in 1,2 dichloroethane in the presence of AlCl 3 and NMP. The copolymers were characterized by IR, DSC and WAXD, etc.. The results show that the glass transition temperature(211~224 ℃) and solubility of the copolymers increase, and the crystallinity, melting temperatuer and decomposition temperature decrease with the increasing of BNODPS content. But the copolymers still have good thermostabilities.
