摘要
讨论了聚醚型聚氨酯 (PU) /磺化聚苯乙烯 (SPS)共混体系的相容性和力学性能。结果表明 ,PU/ SPS-9.83mol%共混体系中存在的离子 -离子等特殊相互作用 ,使组分间相容性明显增加 ,界面状况改善。 SPS含量小于 60mass% ,共混物的拉伸强度呈抵消效应 ;SPS含量大于 60 mass% ,则呈协同效应。离子 -离子相互作用的增强和组分间离子交联结构的形成 ,使共混物的拉伸强度出现极大值 ,但也导致了材料的脆性断裂。
Sulfonated polystyrene(SPS) containing 9.83 mol% of sulfonic acid and polyurethane(PU) were blended in solution used polypropylene oxide( n=1100) as soft segment, 4,4′ diphenyl methane diisocyanate and 1,4 butyldiol as hard segment. The miscibility and mechanical properties of PU/SPS Blends were investigated. The results show that the special interactions existed in PU/SPS blends enhance the miscibility and improve the interphase states between the components. The elongation at break of blends decreases with the increase of SPS content. Either the tensile strength antogonism or the synergism occurs in the range of less or more than 60 mass% of SPS. Both the enhancement of ion ion interaction and the formation of ionic corsslinking structure increase the tensile strength of PU/SPS(20/80) blend to the most extent, but that cause the brittle faiture.
