摘要
对氨纶树脂的合成进行了研究 ,在双螺杆挤出机上通过配方和工艺条件考察 ,筛选出符合熔融纺氨纶的树脂 ,并在 VC4 0 6纺丝机上放大试验 ,结果证明该树脂采用熔融纺丝完全可行。熔融纺氨纶的各项性能与国外同类产品相近 ,可与干法氨纶相媲美。
The synthesis of Spandex resin was studied. The resin suitable for Spandex melt spinning was determined based on the study of formulation and processing conditions of twin screw extruder. The experiment was enlarged on VC406 spinning machine. The result showed that the resin can be applied to melt spinning process. The properties of melt\|spun Spandex is similar to the imported ones and is equal to dry\|spun Spandex.
