摘要
研究了聚丙烯 /木纤维复合材料的机械性能 ,并讨论了相容剂MAH -g -PP(马来酸酐接枝PP)用量对聚丙烯 /木纤维复合材料性能的影响 ,比较了两种工艺路线的优劣性。结果表明 :加入木纤维可改善聚丙烯的拉伸强度、耐热性能 ,木纤维含量达 5 0份时 ,拉伸强度达到最大值 ,而冲击强度和断裂伸长率随木纤维含量增加逐渐减小 ,趋于平缓 ;加入适量MAH -g -PP和选择合理的工艺路线 ,可改善聚丙烯
The mechanical properties of the composite of PP and wood fiber are studied. And the effects of the compatibilizer MA-g-PP on the properties of the composite are discussed. The results show that the tensile strength and heat resistance of composite are improved by adding wood fiber. The tensile strength is at maximum by adding 50 phr wood fiber. And the impact strength and elongation at break are decreased gradually and trended to gentle. The properties of composite are improved by adding appropriate amout of MAH-g-PP.
