摘要
采用外添加抗静电母料方法 ,研究了编织袋用聚丙烯树脂和膜片的抗静电母料的用料、性能和应用 ,适宜的抗静电母料用量为 3 5 % (质量分数 ) ,聚丙烯膜片表面电阻率从 10 1 5Ω降为 10 1 0 ～ 10 1 1 Ω ,力学性能基本不变 ,满足了抗静电编织袋生产需要。
Amout,porperties and application of master batch of polypropylene resin and film sheets for weaving bag by means of adding antistatic master batch are studied. The best amount of antistatic master batch is 3.5%(mass friction). The PP film, which surface resistivity is decreased from 10 15 Ω to 10 10 ～10 11 Ω and the mechanic properties maintain the same and meets the requirement for manufacture of antistatic weaving bag.
