摘要
目的探讨输液中心患者发生输液不良反应的应急护理措施,以提高抢救成功率。方法回顾性分析本院2009年8月～2011年8月输液中心73例患者在输液过程中出现不良反应的临床资料,并总结应急护理要点。结果 72例患者救治成功,其中52例患者输液完毕后出院,20例患者病情稳定后转入院观察治疗;1例患者抢救无效死亡。结论输液中心患者在输液过程中会发生不良反应,且常常危及患者的生命,因此应制订合理的应急措施,加强医护人员的培训,对患者进行及时的救治,以提高抢救的成功率。
Objective To explore first-aid nursing of adverse reactions resulting from intravenous transfusion, thus to increase the success rate of rescue. Method The clinical data of 73 patients contracting adverse reactions during intravenous transfusion in our hospital from August 2009 to August 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Result Except one case of death, other 72 patients were successfully rescued, 52 discharged after transfusion and 20 hospitalized for further observation and treatment. Conclusions Adverse reactions may occur during intravenous transfusion in the transfusion center and endanger the lives of patients. Regulation of proper first-aid nursing care measures and enhanced training of medical workers＇ ability may facilitate the patients with an access to timely rescue, thus to increase the success rate of rescue.
