摘要
研究了内润滑剂ZB60 、外润滑剂ZB74( 包括两者并用体系) 和CaSt2 对UHMWPE加工流动性能的改进效果,其中尤以CaSt2 效果最为显著,它不但使材料的熔体指数和表观粘度有较大幅度的下降,而且挤出片材的表面性能也较好;内、外润滑剂并用体系的改进效果也比较明显。本文还对改性体系的力学性能作了分析,各种润滑剂都会引起UHMWPE 拉伸强度和冲击强度的下降,但CaSt2 使其下降幅度较小,基本上保证了纯样的力学性能。
The modification effects of inner lubricant ZB 60,outer lubricant ZB 74(the compound lubricant of the two included)and CaSt 2 on the processing properties of UHMWPE were studied,among which CaSt 2 had the best effect.It greatly decreased the melting index and appa rent viscosity of UHMWPE,and the surface flatness and finish of extruded sheet were the best.The decreasing effects of lubricants on the mechanical properties of UHMWPE were also ana lysed,and CaSt 2 could basically keep the original properties of UHMWPE.
