摘要
目的探讨在护理垂直管理体系下人力资源管理方法及效果。方法护理部对全院新护士长、护理人员、护师晋升主管护师前进行岗位轮换管理,并建立人力资源库和调配机制。结果提高了护理质量及医生、患者对护理工作满意度;降低了患者压疮及一般差错的发生率,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论实施护理人力资源管理可以提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of human resources management under vertical nursing management. Methods Through the rotation management of new head - nurses and nurses,human resource pool and allocation mechanism were established. Results The quality of nursing and the satisfaction degree from doctors and patients were improved,the incidence of pressure sore and mistake declined. Conclusion The implementation of nursing human resources management can improve the quality of nursing and increase patient satisfaction.
