摘要
用新溶剂法合成了氯化石蜡 - 70 ,重点讨论了原料的配比、氯化温度、氯化液循环流量、光照强度对反应的影响 ,发现氯蜡 - 42与溶剂的质量比为 1∶( 2~ 2 .5)、反应温度 70~ 80℃、物料外循环流量 40 0~ 60 0mL/min、光强为 7W时氯化效果最好 ,并同原四氯化碳溶剂工艺进行了技术经济比较 ,表明新工艺合理可行 ,且简化了原工艺 ,提高了产品质量。
Chlorinated paraffin-70 was synthesized with new solvent. The effects of raw materials ratio, chlorination temperature, flow rate of the circulating chlorinated liquid and radiation intensity on the reaction are discussed emphatically. It is found that good chlorination result can be achieved under the following conditions: mass ratio of paraffin-42 to solvent is 1∶(2~2.5), reaction temperature is 70~80 ℃,flow rate of circulating reactants is 400~600 mL/min, light radiation intensity is 7 W. Compared with the old process which uses CCl 4 as solvent, the new process is reasonable, feasible and more simple, and improves the product quality.
