摘要
目的研究天麻钩藤降压复方提取物的镇静作用。方法灌胃给药,连续给药5 d,末次给药1 h后,分别腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠55 mg/kg和硫代氨基脲16 mg/kg(0.1 mL/10 g),记录睡眠时间、睡眠恢复时间和惊厥时间(惊厥潜伏期),惊厥次数。结果天麻钩藤降压复方提取物大剂量(31.2 g生药/kg)连续给药5次能延长戊巴比妥钠引起小鼠睡眠时间、延长硫代氨基脲所致小鼠惊厥潜伏期、减少小鼠自主活动次数,与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天麻钩藤降压复方提取物有一定的镇静作用。
Objective To study the sedation of extractive in Gastrodia Elata Hook Cane capsule.Methods The treatment group was treated by giving drugs intragastrically for five days.One hour after the last treatment,all rats were intraperitoneally injected pentobarbital sodium（55mg/kg） and Aminothiourea16mg/kg（0.1mL/10g） respectively.Then we recorded the sleeping time,sleep recovery time,convulsion time and the number of convulsions.Results Gastrodia Elata Hook Cane capsule can prolong the sleeping time,extend the latent of convulsion in rats induced by Aminothiourea and reduce the interdependent activities.There were significant differences by comparison to model group.Conclusion Gastrodia Elata Hook Cane Capsule has the effect of sedation.
