摘要
提出了一种圆筒型错片结构微型直线步进电机。介绍了该电机的结构和工作原理 ,进行了解析分析。研制了实际样机 。
The paper puts forward a cylindrical staggered-sheet structure micro linear stepping motor. The structure and operating principle are introduced, and elementrary analysis is carried out. Practical prototype motor is made, and quantitative calculation and experiment of the motor is carried out.
