瓷冠修复后砷剂致上颌骨骨髓炎1例并文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 从1836年开始砷剂就用于牙髓的失活[1]。现在砷制剂（三氧化二砷）作为牙髓失活剂已被广泛用于临床,疗效良好,但由于砷制剂的毒性作用,临床上时有砷剂外溢致化学性骨髓炎发生。现将我科收治的1例砷剂通过髓室底穿孔致化学性上颌骨骨髓炎报告如下。
