摘要
总结了国内外电信、计算机和电视“三网合一”的技术发展趋势以及我国城网改造中综合传输的必要性，建议在城网改造中电力通信网应建成基于ＩＰ技术的综合数据传输网。提出对于大多数城市的城网改造的电力通信网，没有必要建设 ＳＤＨ传输网，应该直接建设 ＡＴＭ综合传输网。
The technology development trend of integrated telecommunication, computer and television network in the whole world and the necessity of integrated transmission in upgrading urban power network in China, are summed up. A suggestion is presented that the integrated data transmission network based on IP technology should be adopted for power system telecommunication network in upgrading urban power network. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages between IP and ATM and analyzing the functions of SDH in telecommunication network. this paper proposes that it isn't necessary to build SDH transmission network for most of power telecommunication networks. We should build the integrated data transmission network based on ATM technology. that is IP over ATM, and ATM over Optical, not ATM over SDH.
