摘要
将 Park变换技术应用到含有输入滤波的空间矢量调制矩阵变换器,推导了开关矩阵的四端口网络等效电路。在此基础上,将矩阵变换器等效成不含开关的线性定常电路,使得矩阵变换器的分析同普通电路一样容易。建立了分析灵敏度用的等效电路伴随网络模型,导出了用伴随网络法分析电压增益对矩阵变换器滤波器参数和控制参数的灵敏度公式,给出了计算灵敏度的详细步骤。通过 MATLAB仿真分析,验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。
Park transformation technique is applied to the space vector modulated matrix converter with the input filter. The equivalent 4-port network of the switch matrix is obtained. Based on this 4-port network, the matrix converter is turned into the equivalent linear time-invariant circuit without switch. Thus the analysis of the matrix converter becomes as easy as that of the conventional circuit. The accompanying network model. which is used to analyze the sensitivities, is established. The formulae to calculate voltage gain sensitivities with respect to the filter parameters and control parameters of the matrix converter are derived theoretically. The calculation steps to analyze sensitivities by means of the accompanying network method are given in detail. The validity and applicability of the algorithm are verified through the MATLAB simulation.
