摘要
投标决策正确与否直接影响到企业的中标率及经济效益,因此如何选择投标项目以及如何进行投标决策是必须要考虑的问题。文中归纳总结了几种常见的投标决策方法,并在此基础上推出一种新的投标决策方法——排序法,此法具有简单方便、实用性强等特点,可供投标工作参考。
The construction enterprises must consider how to choose the bidding items and make the bidding decision. The bidding and decision making have a direct effect on the rate for winning a bid and the economic benefits for the enterprises, and play an important role in the enterprises development. Thus, It is necessary to develop a practical, simple and clear bidding and decision making method .This paper sums up the common used method and on the basis of them introduces a new method the ordering method .The new method is easy to use and it is a practical method.
