摘要
咨询人员素质的高低决定着咨询业务的成败,所以咨询行业对从业人员的素养有很高的要求。介绍了咨询人员必须具备的基本素质,比较分析了中美咨询人员素质现状,提出了提高我国咨询人员素质的建议和措施。
The level of consultant’s quality determines the success and failure of the consultation service,so the quality requirement for consultant in the consulting industry is very high.This paper introduces the basic qualities that the consultants must possess,compares and analyses the present situation of the quality of American and Chinese consultants,and puts forward some suggestions and measures for improving the quality of Chinese consultants.
