摘要
简要概述了广东省电力文献信息网的形成和发展过程，分析了进一步发展所面临的问题。并将这些共性的问题放在社会大背景下，从工作动力、目标、道路几个方面进行了思考。
With a brief review on the development process of power literature information network of Guangdong Province, the problems encountered during its further development are analyzed. Putting these problems of generality on the great social background, the authors make a research in the aspects of working impetus, aim and method.
