摘要
通过对图书馆服务礼仪的论述,分析了目前高校图书馆服务礼仪缺失的情况,提出了强化图书馆服务礼仪建设的对策。
Through the discussion on library＇s service etiquette,this paper expounds the absence of service etiquette in university library at present,and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the construction of service etiquette in university library.
