摘要
为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗环状混合痔的疗效，将600例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各300例，治疗组采用PPH治疗，对照组采用外剥内扎术治疗。对比分析两组患者疗效及手术情况。结果显示，治疗组总有效率为98．7％（296／300），明显高于对照组75．7％（227／300），P〈0．05；且治疗组术中出血量、手术时间、术后疼痛时间、创面愈合时间方面亦明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，PPH治疗环状混合痔疗效肯定，明显优于外剁内扎术。
In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of PPH in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,author＇s department divided randomly the 600 cases of this disease into treatment group and control group（300 cases each group）;in treatment group adopting PPH,in control group adopting external dissection ＆ internal ligation,then compared and analysed the clinical therapeutic effect and operation sta tus. As results,in treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than in control group[98.7% （296/300） vs 75.7%（227/300）, P 〈0.05],in bleeding volume,operative time,posloperalive pain stud healing time of wound surface,treatment group was greatly superior to control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Rcsuhs show that PPH in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids has certain therapemic effect and is significantly superior to the procedure of external dissection ＆ internal ligation.
