摘要
为探讨PPH联合低位肛瘘切开术治疗痔合并低位肛瘘的疗效，本研究将60例痔合并肛瘘的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例，治疗组采用PPH联合低位肛瘘切开术治疗，对照组采用外剥内扎术联合低位肛瘘切开术治疗。结果显示，治疗组患者术后24h疼痛及首次排便疼痛VAS评分、止痛药使用次数、手术时间、创口愈合时间、术后水肿发生例数均明显少于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结果表明，PPH联合低位肛瘘切开术既能将两种肛肠疾病一次性治疗，且术后疼痛轻、手术时间短、创口愈合快、术后并发症少，疗效满意。
The objective of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of PPH combined with inci- sion of low anal fistula for treating hemorrhoids associated with low anal fistula. In this study the 60 cases with this disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases, per group. Treat- ment group was subjected to PPH combined with incision procedure for low anal fistula, while control group to external dissection internal ligation plus incision procedure for low anal fistula. As results, the VAS score on pain at the first time of defecation and on pain later 24h after operation,the administration times to take anodyne medicine, the operative time, the wound healing time and the case number of postop- erative edema in treatment group were all less than that in control group（ P 〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Results show that PPH combined with incision procedure for low anal fistula can not only treat two anorectal dis eases at same time but it is of mild postoperative pain, short operative time, faster wound healing and less postoperative complication,as well satisfactory therapeutic effect.
