摘要
为探讨多层螺旋CT在成人急性结直肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值，回顾分析经临床手术证实的37例急性结直肠梗阻患者多层螺旋CT影像学资料，分析其影像学特点，并逐一与手术或临床手术结果进行对照分析。结果显示，37例成人急性结直肠梗阻患者中，CT报告定位诊断正确37例，与临床结果对照符合率为100％；CT报告定性诊断正确35例，与临床结果对照符合率为94．6％。结果表明，多层螺旋CT对成人急性结直肠梗阻的早期定性、定位诊断准确性高，可为临床治疗提供可靠的依据，不失为临床诊断成人急性结直肠梗阻的首选有效手段。
In order to investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in adult acute colorectal obstruction,authors analysed the CT image data of 37 patients with this disease which had been confirmed by clinical operation,and the imaging features retrospectively and compared the features with clinical operation findings one by one. As results,among the 37 cases, 37 obtained right location diagnosis by CT,the rate of accordance with clinical findings was 100%while, 35 obtained right quality diagnosis by CT, the rate of accordance with clinical findings was 94.6%. Results show that multi-slice spiral CT has higher early location and quality determination rate in diagnosing adult acute colorectal obstruction, can provide the liable basis for clinical treatment, really is the first choice of effective clinical diagnosing adult acute colorectal obstruction.
