摘要
为探讨双吻合器在中低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用价值，本研究回顾分析2005年9月至2010年11月应用双吻合器行中低位直肠癌根治术的68例患者资料。结果显示，68例患者吻合效果较佳。术后发生吻合口漏i例，无出血与盆腔感染。随访3～60个月，肝转移15例（22．1％），腹股沟淋巴结转移3例（4．41％），无吻合日复发，3年后死亡3例。结果表明，双吻合器在中低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用效果确切，成功率高。
In order to explore the applicable value of double stapler in the saving-anus procedure, this study retrospectively analysed the data from 68 patients who had received the saving-anus procedure for middle- low rectal carcinoma by using double stapler from Sept. 2005 yr. to Nov. 2010 yr. As results,all of the pa- tients got better anastomosis outcome;in one case anastomosis stoma leakage occured,no bleeding and pelvic cavity infection were found;during the follow-up of 3-60 months found that liver-metastasis was in 15 cases（22.1%） ,groin lymph node metastasis in 3 cases（4.41%）,no recurrence at anastomosis stoma occured,later 3 year after operation 3 cases died. Results show that the saving-anus procedure for middle-low rectal carcinoma by using double stapler has certain therapeutic effect, and high success rate.
